The Print and Apply LooseLoop systems are designed to satisfy high speed print and apply labelling requirements. With the option of the CornerWrap Module (CWM) labels can be printed and applied to front, front and side (2 panels) OR corner-wrap of moving shipping cases.

The UT2 LLS series print and apply systems consist of the AC or the Servo labelling head, depending on speed and accuracy of placement required, and the Short LooseLoop module, integrated with an OEM print engine Zebra PAX, SATO 8400 series or Datamax DMX A-Class series thermal direct/thermal transfer printer. The thermal label stock is printed on line by sending label format and information (date, time, lot number, bar code, shipping destination, etc.) from an on the floor PC or a hand held controller. The printing of "buffer" labels is controlled by the Loose Loop Module.

Labels are applied to products or packages in wipe-down, roll-on fashion. The speed of application is dependent of label size and speed of conveyor surface. A standard size shipping label 4"x 8" (100mm x 200mm) can be applied in the corner-wrap fashion at speed of 25 plus labels per minute.
